We are Back!!!

We made it back safe and sound yesterday from our AWESOME and FANTASTIC trip to Ireland!!  There is so much to tell and we did so many wonderful things and saw such beauty there!!  It was truly the best trip we have ever taken!   I would highly, highly recommend our tour guides and they definitely take you to the road less traveled.  I took so many pictures (over 2200) so it might take me a little bit to look them over and get my posts going, but I will--don't you worry.  We also learned so much about Irish history that you all will love my history lessons!!!  But I will try and get to the pictures soon.

Today we were able to celebrate Gracie's fourth birthday with her!!  It was so much fun!!  We started out with some yummy ice cream at Dolomiti (I think that is how you spell it), then off to a movie at the Kino.

 

The kids outside the theatre excited about the movie, or just on a sugar high from the ice cream!  Not sure which.  LOL!!

 

Then after that the rain went away and the sun came out!!!  I know it is a rarity here in Germany right now, but we decided to take advantage of the great weather and head down to the dinosaur park and run some energy out of the kids.  This is the first time David has been there and he was impressed at everything there!!

This is the first time that we have been there that the water was on.  The kids LOVED it!!  Andre is on the top left and then AJ is next, followed by Gracie and Alex.  Where is Michael you ask, that was a good question.  He decided he wanted to go on the ropes course and took off.  So the two dads followed Michael while Porchea and I were able to sit and chat while the other four played with the different water toys. 

 

AJ decided to join Michael on the ropes course and then climb the platform.  It is amazing to see them run around, climbing with no fear at all.  Check out the blue sky behind them!!!!

 

Then we all went over to the climbing wall.  The dads decided they wanted to join in the fun and work on their climbing skills.  The did pretty good, but the kids might out climb them soon!!  :-)

 

Here my three boys all made it to the top.  I am growing a bunch of monkeys in my house!!  The boys did try to climb on everything they could in Ireland, but more about that later :-)

And you couldn't go to a park and not go swinging.  Here Andre, AJ, Gracie and Michael all wanted to fit together on the swing!!   They all had such a wonderful time and so did we.  We actually didn't realize it was after six and needed to get home for dinner because everybody was having so much fun!!  The kids would have played a few more hours if we let them I think!!  A great way to spend a Saturday!!!
