First step in the park. What was really funny was the lady taking the tickets asked me for AJ's passport. I told her I didn't have it and why do I need it. She wanted me to prove he was under 12 years old! I couldn't believe it, he is 8, but she said next time I had to bring the passport to prove his age. Officially he is way too tall!
This was the first ride that we went on, the other kids were too short. It was great!! You went up and dropped time and time again. What I found out about this amusement park is that the rides are a lot longer than Disneyland and just as fun!
Getting ready for the train roller coaster!
Luckily Michael was big enough for this one and everybody had a blast!! So much that there was no line, so we stayed in our boat and went again.
This is a new one and only AJ was tall enough - he saw how it went around and around really fast and decided not to do it. There was an age limit, you are supposed to be 12 to ride it. AJ did ride all of the other roller coasters, including ones that went upside down! I was so proud of how brave he was. Michael was a little short to go on a few of them, hopefully when we go back he will be just a little taller so he can go on a few more of them.
The rest of the crew looking at the ride.
We headed inside for a little bit because it started to rain. This "hotel" was great, like a fun house. Everything was backwards, with slides, weird steps, etc. So much fun stuff in there!
Michael on the swings having a great time!!!
Snack time. After that we headed to a magic show. It was really good. This guy had great slight of hand and some amazing tricks!! One really nice thing is they didn't talk too much so we didn't miss much since it was in German.
The boys with the magician and his helpers
Lunch time! The other great thing is that food was reasonably priced. It was about the same amount it costs us to go to McDonald's on the economy. I was very impressed.
On to the double Decker Ferris wheel!
They wanted to squish in, but only four could ride together.
Michael was such a good sport and said he would ride by himself. I love his big heart!
Rocket time!
The boys said it was kind of boring though.
This was the chocolate mouse and everybody loved it!!! It is 3D and you shoot chocolate at mice and get points. We had to do this one twice also!
The boys are so silly!!
By mistake we got on this ride, I went up the wrong staircase, but that is OK. AJ and Daniel going around.
Michael with Christopher and Hector, they played I spy to take up the time on this one. :-)
On to paddle boats. AJ was tall enough he didn't need a life jacket.
The boys on their duck, one drove and the other two paddled, then they switched.
Christopher wanted to go with me, the only problem he couldn't reach the pedals so I had to do most of the peddling. :-)
These guys were great! They were many different ones in different costumes and they were there just to mess with people. This one was hanging up her washing!
We walked and saw this show and it was amazing. They had some great strength and flexibility.
Christopher and Michael still smiling towards the end of the day! It was so much fun and we were so glad to have such good friends to go with! We will definitely go back when we can take David with us, it was that good!!!
