So after the long drive back from Belgium on the 24th, we got up early again and headed down to Europa park with our friends on the 25th.
The boys were very excited to go!!! I have to say I was too!!
The entrance to the park. This is their mascot - a mouse at an amusement park, who would have thought. :-)
We were meeting a group there and we were early, and they were late, so the boys were having a little bit of fun!
We finally made it into the park. It was also a German holiday so it was pretty busy, but the lines weren't too bad. They have the same type of things that Disney land does when it comes to standing in line, fun stuff to keep you occupied.
The boys wanted to go with their friends, so David and I were able to ride the first ride by ourselves!!!
The boys were completely engrossed with this ride.
There were checking out all the dinosaurs around.
They did have some pretty scenery while waiting for rides. This little stream had fish and ducks in it.
The four kids - this was one of their favorite rides. It is a pitch black, fast roller coaster.
AJ getting ready for the water ride!! I love his face in this picture!
This is the big splash that we had - and it was only the first one, there are two drops on this ride.
The boys petting a horse, they actually had horse and carriage rides in the park.
These guys were funny and even tried to ride on the scooter. All the kids said they were on stilts.
This one found out the kids spoke English and talked to them, asking them a bunch of questions. The kids thought it was great!
Michael driving the bumper cars. Unfortunately AJ couldn't ride it because he was too tall.
And what did the boys do while we were watching the kids, yep trying the local brew.
The boys wanted a treat, I think Michael's cotton candy is half the size of him!!!
Here the kids where trying to get other people soaked on a different water ride.
As we were heading to the next ride, we were fortunate enough to catch this show!
This was the boys' favorite diver - the dark one as they called him.
It was pretty cool watching the flaming man diving.
You can see how high this gal went, the people below give you a little idea of the height.
We knew we would be in line for awhile on this ride when there was a snack shop half way through the line. :-)
I like this statue, on fire and smoke comes around.
David with one of the creatures in line.
The boys with the red fighter, and the line was still going. This was definitely the longest line we had that day.
My viking boys!!!!
Ian, AJ and Michael having such a wonderful time!!!!
I was hoping that I could leave the boys tied up here, but alas, they were able to get out. ;-)
The boys wanted a picture with the monkey!!! They should, they are one!
Ari and Michael paddling away. We had a wonderful time at Europa park and really would like to go back when Michael is 140 cm so he can ride on all the rides!!
