A day on the boat

After Messina we had a full day on the boat.  It was nice and relaxing, we slept in to start with, which was really nice!!  Then they had a few activities on the boat we decided to partake in.  The first one was with Joe Magic.

He did many different arts and crafts on the boat, and this was our first one with him.  He taught us how to make flowers - he even had some perfume that smelt like roses.

Then the boys decided they wanted to go to kids club because they were going to do a treasure hunt with the kids.  This gave David and I a little time to ourselves.

So we walked around and took in the scenery.  Here we are on the back of the boat - the water is so beautiful here!

The boys are back and they are ready to wrestle with Daddy.  It seemed a common theme when we were in our room that it was wrestle time with Daddy or Mommy.  I know I have quite a few new bruises from our wrestling.  ;-)

Then after lunch we headed back to Joe Magic.  This time we were making bracelets out of copper.  Here Michael is trying to bend his into a spiral.  He is concentrating really hard.

The boys and their finished products!!  I think they did a great job!!!

The scary zombies - the boys wanted to go back to kids club before dinner because they were doing tattoos.  (A little funny, in the brochure they spelled it Tatu and I wasn't sure what it was until I asked)

They even had some on their wrists - they thought it was really cool!!  Unfortunately they couldn't keep it on very long because it was Gala night for dinner and we were all dressing up, so the make up had to come off shortly after it was put on.

Here we are all dressed up ready for our dinner!  Don't my boys look sooo handsome!!!

So at dinner, while we waited for our food, we either played cards or the boys played with toys.  Today they decided to play with toys and were having a marvelous time!!!

After dinner we headed to the show on board.  The boys LOVED it!!  They were really enthralled with all the costumes and dancing!

This was the main singer on the boat and she had a wonderful voice!!!

Here was the entertainment team on the boat.  They were actually pretty good.  There were a few of them that were amazing!!  These were the main dancers on board and there were some comedians among them.  At the end of the show a couple guys went after one of the girls and pulled down her skirt - the boys thought that was hilarious.  Then the curtains closed and back open again with the boys in the girl's big skirts dancing around.  It was a good laugh!   The MC was amazing also, he speaks 6 languages fluently.  He would switch from Italian, to Spanish, to German to English and not skip a beat.  He also didn't say the exact same thing in each language.  Really amazing and makes me want to get so much better at my German and Spanish.
