Crossfit does a fundraiser every year for breast cancer. David has participated in it for the last two years. This year the boys went with him on Saturday November 7.
They go in heats and David's wasn't for awhile. This is a look at the gym that was set up.
Michael decided to get a little workout in as well that day!

Then they started goofing off and having some fun - Michael fitting into one of the big tires there.
David finally getting his chance at the workout called Grace. He beat his prior time of 5 min 27 secs with 115lbs reps and this year with 135lbs he finished in 3 min 43 secs. He crushed it!!! The boys had a great time playing and cheering him on!! I stayed home and did stuff around the house, fun cleaning.
