His new beyblades!!  Happy Birthday Boy!!!

I know I am a day late with his birthday post, but we had his birthday BBQ tonight, so I thought I would wait and put it all in one.  Michael had a great day yesterday!!!  It started out with going to school and making his own cupcakes.  It is really neat, you can bring in the ingredients and let the kids make the cupcakes!!  Michael was sooooo excited about this and that was all he could talk about the rest of the day.  They also were able to frost their own cupcakes after they were baked.   The kids thought this was really cool too!!  They all were able to get a turn to stir the batter and then fill the cupcake cup.  It was a great experience!!!  Then after school, we went with one of his little friends to bowling!  He loves to bowl and had a great time!!  He did really well too, got a strike, a few spares and almost beat his mom!  Then we had to do a couple of errands, which he got some ice cream on one of them.  Man I must be getting soft.  :-)  Then off to get AJ and boy was he excited to pick up his brother.  We then went and met one of AJ's friends at the movie theatre on Ramstein.  We saw Frankenweanie.  I can't tell you how many kids told their parents they wanted to leave.  I have to say we were one of them that left early.  It was a little freaky in Tim Burton style.  I stayed away from his other movies and probably will again.  It was the only kid movie playing that we hadn't seen, but not really a kid movie we found out.  So over to the play area to run off some energy.  When we got home, Michael had four cupcakes left over and he was saving them for us, so we all frosted our cupcakes and had dessert with him.  Then today we had the Miller's over for a little BBQ to celebrate and open presents.  Michael's day was so busy yesterday that he never even asked about presents at all.  I was really amazed.  But he loved all his presents and have already opened up the new beyblades and had some wars with them.  Their friend Austin is spending the night, so hopefully they will sleep!  We shall see.  All in all, a really good couple of days!!!
