So I had heard about this lake from two different people in two days. So our friends were headed out there and we decided to try it out on Tuesday July 7th. It is only about 40 minutes from our home.
The water this day was actually really, really warm. Even the parents were in it a lot!!!
It was a beautiful lake and the boys kept getting out farther and farther.
You can see them in the tubes. After that I took them and another friend's child out to the docks were we spent a ton of time out there in the sun, laughing and jumping off the docks.
The boys at the top of the slide, this slide is even better than the one at pool.
They went really fast down and it is a sudden stop at the bottom.
They decided to mix it up and go backwards down the slide.
You can see there is a playground there as well, it was such a huge area.
All the kids climbing before we left. The kids were nice and tired and had soooo much fun there!!! After that we had some ice cream and headed home. It was a welcome relief to the heat!
